I believe leadership starts with people. As Vice President of Client Services at Shift Interactive, I’ve helped grow one of Iowa’s top custom software firms while building a culture of authenticity, trust, and growth. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best results don’t come from processes or profits alone — they come from investing in people.

My own journey has been shaped by resilience. After experiencing a stroke, I returned to leadership with renewed clarity: work and life must coexist, and success is only meaningful when people are supported to thrive.
